The staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good at the hotel.
The room had an issue. The bathroom basin did not empty properly so debris from shaving and cleaning teeth did not wash away. I had to use a towel to clean the basin before I used it again. This was not resolved .

helpful staffbath tubdifferent roomhot roomelectrics faultterrible pillows
The staff was very helpful. I could not get a bath tub when I got in the room. I went back to reception, and he changed to a different room with a bathtub. my boy needed a bathtub, so he changed to a different room kindly.
The room was too hot and the aircon took hours to cool it down as it did not go any lower than 18°. the kettle was unable to work because there was a fault with the electrics in our room. The pillows were terrible, so lumpy I ended up just laying my head on the mattress.
